Greg DeBenon is a synthetic lawn specialist and the founder of OC Turf Pros, a company focused on high quality artificial turf installation throughout Orange County. With over six years of hands on experience in the turf industry, along with installation crews that bring more than 25 years of combined experience, Greg has built a reputation for clean, consistent installs that are built to last.
Before starting OC Turf Pros, Greg worked with a large national turf company where he managed the Orange County market and worked directly with Home Depot stores to educate homeowners on artificial turf. He also operated as a dealer for a high end golf green company, specializing in custom putting greens and private golf installations for both residential and commercial clients.
Over the course of his career, Greg has been involved in more than 300 artificial turf installations, ranging from small residential jobs to large commercial projects. His work has supported projects for major organizations including The Irvine Company, MBK Senior Living, Irvine Park, and The Muller Company, along with a range of residential and commercial clients throughout Orange County.
Greg’s approach is simple. Do not cut corners. While many installers focus on speed or profit, OC Turf Pros is built on proper base preparation, quality materials, and attention to detail. From seams to drainage to material selection, every part of the installation is done with long term performance in mind. The goal is a finished product that looks natural and holds up over time.
OC Turf Pros offers a 20 year manufacturer warranty on materials and a 5 year workmanship warranty. Every project is tailored to the customer, using the right turf system for the application whether that is nylon, polyethylene, or blended products, along with properly installed base materials to ensure durability and appearance.
Greg started OC Turf Pros to bring a better balance of quality and value to the market. Too many companies either charge premium prices or cut corners to compete on cost. OC Turf Pros focuses on delivering a high quality product at a fair and transparent price without sacrificing workmanship.
Born and raised in Huntington Beach, Greg takes pride in serving the Orange County community. His focus is on delivering results that homeowners are proud of and comfortable referring to friends and neighbors.
